**Limitation of Liability**: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Salon’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - We are not responsible for damage to artificial nails, jewelry, clothing, or personal items left at the salon. - You assume all risk related to services. We do not guarantee specific results (nail growth, color longevity, etc.).

7. Conduct & Safety

You agree to behave respectfully. Disruptive, threatening, or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate service termination without refund and possible ban from future services. We reserve the right to involve law enforcement if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Any before/after photos or social media content we create remain our property; you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use images you provide or that we take with your consent for marketing.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in United States of America, Ohio.
